Package 1 is £100 or 125 euro and allows you to do everything online, you can input your properties description and upload photos. The 'For Sale' sign will be posted to you.

Package 2 is £200 or 250 euro and this is our premium package, which means we will come to your property and do all the work for you, we will:

• Take all photographs
• Write a full detailed description about your property
• Erect the 'For Sale' sign
• Create the online advertisement on UlsterProperty.net

Once your property is online and your 'For Sale' sign is on display, any interested buyer will contact you to enquire and arrange any viewings.

Even if your property is currently with an estate agent you can still advertise with us, because UlsterProperty.net is not an estate agent you are therefore only marketing your property privately. Take, for example, if your were to put the details of your property on the notice board at work and one of your work colleagues then bought the property, you would not pay the estate agent as it would be a private sale, it is no different advertising with UlsterProperty.net, we are simply an online notice board.
