But unlike an estate agent you will not have to pay us any fees or commission when the property is sold. You only pay us for the advertisement, which costs either £100 or £200 depending on which service you want and the advertisements stay on until the property is sold.

If you do sell your property through our website you will actually be selling it privately, and this is important because it means there is no one whom to pay a fee or commission to, as there was no agent involved in introducing the buyer to your property. The buyer will have contacted you because they have seen the 'For Sale' sign outside the property or they have seen the advertisement on the website.

More importantly, if you are currently listed with an estate agent you can still advertise with UlsterProperty.net because we are not an estate agent and you are therefore not in breach of any sole or joint agency contract, for example, if you were to put details of your property on the notice board at work or sell directly to a friend or family member while you were listed with an estate agent, you would not pay the estate agent any fee or commission as it would be a private sale.

Selling property through UlsterProperty.net is a private selling process, you place the advertisement, you manage the enquiries and you take the bids.
